4 hour course will teach you the procedures used in the sale and disposition of distressed proeperties. This course will reveal opportunities for business with sellers, buyers, and lenders, and provides a clear understanding of agents responsibilites. Click here for more information.
Mastering REOs and the Broker Price Opinion:
Course is designed to enable real estate professionals with a thorough knowledge of the concepts of valuation, marketing, and management of lender real-estate-owned (REO) properties and the execution of each including the BPO (Broker Price Opinion). Course will teach procedures, guidelines, and requirements of the lender to achieve the desired goals in the cost-effective liquidation of the bank's REO properties. Click here for more information.
Navigating Through the Mortgage Process:
4 hour course will give a clear understanding about how to effectively work with your lender and potential homebuyers to address new lending paradigm, mortgage regulations, and increased processing requirements. Click here for more information.
Residential Property Management For the Real Estate Licensee:

Residential REO Buyer Specialist:
6 hour course helps agents understand the guidelines and requirements needed during the loan qualifying process. Risk Management:
3 hour course is designed to help minimize the chance of having a claim or lawsuit filed against you by following some simple Risk Management steps and by becoming educated in the areas which cause the greatest incidence of claims. Click here for more information.
At Home with Diversity:
6 hour course is an educational experience designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. This class teaches Realtors how to work effectively with, and within, a rapidly changing multicultural market. Designations
e-PRO:
2 day certification provides a roadmap to help you serve hyper-connected consumers of today and tomorrow. Course topics for Day 1 include the changing market, how to connect with consumers, the online conversation, and reputation management. Day 2 provides hands-on discovery of business tech tools, such as an e-strategy, mobile office, micro-blogging, rich media, and NAR resources. 1 day course that CAR along with AssetPlanUSA are presenting involves unique HAFA education and certification program for Realtors. Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES):
2 day course qualifies to meet the special needs and concerns of maturing Americans. By earning the SRES designation you will demonstrate the requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel older clients through major financial lifestyle transactions involved in relocating, refinancing or selling the family home.
